We work really hard to keep our build costs as low as possible. We quantity survey all our builds with a high degree of accuracy, and accurate knowledge of costs, which combined with our lower margin is part of how we keep costs down. Prices are accurate at the time of publishing, but costs change constanlty on the hundreds of materials and labour that make up the build price. Your section and location will impact the final price too; including for exampe, sloping ground, soil conditions and engineering requirements, minimum floor levels, and the distance getting services to your house. Some features shown or mentioned may be upgrades to the stated price. For further information about what is, and is not, included in the House Only price, contact us.
→ Our build prices don’t change much in the regions we operate in
Our advertised build prices, although based on a new build in the Manawatu, give a great starting point for your budget. Generally prices will be very similar for building in Tararua, Rangitikei and Horowhenua – this means our build prices for Palmerston North, Feilding, Ashhurst, Marton and Pahiatua are very much the same. There is a slight premium for builds in Levin and Kapiti.
