4.. We pass the savings of our trade discounts on to you. Our negotiated trade discounts - on items from frames & trusses to appliances and wallpaper, to name a few - are passed on to you. So you save even more when you build with Homebuild.

5. A Fixed Price Contract means you won't be affected by price rises. A Fixed Price Contract provides protection from cost increases. The price we quote you won't change - unless you make a change to the design or specification of the home.

We'll even assess a section for you before purchase, as our experienced staff can help identify factors that may impact on the type of home you can build or the costs involved.

We design & build any style, from character villa to traditional 'brick & tile' to contemporary. The cost of design is included in your fixed price contract, so it won't break your budget. Alternately we can build from your own design - ask us to provide a fixed price contract for your plans.
